Job Description:
As a Meat Clerk at our Mattick’s Farm store, you’ll be responsible for handling, preparing, and displaying a variety of meat products. Experience in food service or kitchens is an asset but not required – we’re happy to train the right candidate! Responsibilities:
- Meat Preparation: Cut, trim, and package meat according to quality standards.
- Display and Presentation: Arrange and label meat products in display cases, ensuring freshness and rotation.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track expiration dates, and communicate restocking needs.
- Compliance: Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations.
