We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant at our Distribution Centre.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Strong knowledge of Social Media
- Prepare and deliver promotional marketing literature to augment the company’s presence in the market.
- Understanding of Graphic Design and overall strong creative skills.
- Ability to think creatively to better promote the company and product offerings.
- Assist and implement all marketing strategies by developing various elements essential for the growth of the company.
- Keep track and meet deadlines for newsletters, promotions, specials, and online ads.
- Social media management including website updates, blog posts, Instagram and Facebook accounts, and intranet updates.
- Daily communication and interaction directly with Dealers within Ontario including regular visits to Dealer locations to ensure they have updated marketing materials.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience as a marketing assistant
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams skills
- Good Knowledge of Social Media, Website Development and SEO
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License
- Professional references required
