Job Summary
JKWG Golf is looking for a meticulous and highly skilled Master Club Build Technician to lead our club manufacturing and repair operations. Unlike a general fitter, this role focuses on the technical craftsmanship of building and maintaining premium golf equipment. The successful candidate will ensure that every club leaving our workshop meets the highest standards of performance and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Precision Assembly: Build custom golf clubs from scratch (woods, irons, and putters) with extreme accuracy in swing weight, loft/lie, and length.
- Club Repair & Modification: Perform high-quality re-shafting, re-gripping, shaft frequency matching, and grinding.
- Quality Control: Conduct final inspections on all builds to ensure they meet exact specifications before delivery to the customer.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage components (heads, shafts, grips) to ensure smooth production flow.
- Workshop Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional build shop environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional club-building experience (preferably in a premium or tour-level environment).
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of club geometry (Loft, Lie, Bounce, Offset) and shaft profiles (CPM, Torque, Launch).
- Attention to Detail: An uncompromising eye for detail and a "measure twice, cut once" mindset.
- Equipment Mastery: Proficiency in using digital loft/lie machines, frequency analyzers, and swing weight scales.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex build issues and provide technical solutions.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
