The Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on construction sites and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. This role involves coordinating crews, managing schedules, and working closely with trades, and builders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities for drywall, taping, insulation, spray foam, and poly installations
- Coordinate and manage crews, subcontractors, and deliveries
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and company standards
- Maintain site safety and enforce all safety policies and procedures
- Monitor project schedules and report progress or issues to management
- Conduct site inspections and address deficiencies promptly
- Communicate with builders, inspectors, and other trades as needed
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in the drywall industry
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of drywall and insulation
- Experience managing clients and sub-trades on residential and/or commercial projects
- Valid driver’s license and ability to provide a current driver’s abstract
