The opportunity

The Bilingual Onboarding & Learning Specialist – 12 Month Contract will be responsible for the administration and delivery of our Welcome to EY (WTEY) program reporting to the Onboarding & Transitions Manager, part of the Talent Development & Learning team. They will also assist with onboarding initiatives, talent development and learning projects, cross-service line learning, learning compliance, operational tasks, and all other administrative items. They will be instrumental in supporting and guiding our new joiners as they transition into EY.

Your key responsibilities

Assists in the delivery and facilitation of the WTEY program for experienced and campus new joiners
Acts as a Producer for the virtual WTEY program
Assists in training a roster of facilitators
Provides pre/post onboarding support to our new joiners
Assists with the administration and ongoing maintenance of the WTEY program
Collaborates with stakeholders in the administration of pre/post onboarding activities
Assists with onboarding projects/initiatives including acquisitions
Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of content in the Canada Onboarding SharePoint site
Works with Global Delivery Services (GDS) to award continuing education (CE) credits in SAP SuccessFactors
Be the single point of contact (SPOC) for any questions regarding mandatory or assigned learning for Canadian new joiners
Assist in various ad-hoc projects where required
Use good judgment in applying concepts and guidelines and follow through on commitments
Show initiative to identify efficiencies
May also be requested to work extra hours during important deadlines

Skills and attributes for success

Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization at all levels
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to exhibit tact and diplomacy in order to deal effectively with people and situations to ensure everyone feels they belong
Exceptional project management skills and accuracy for processing sensitive information
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management Platform, Zoom technology and MS Teams
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
Good understanding of the business, the strategies and priorities, and how they translate into learning and development needs
Experience working in learning operations or a similar function required
Flexibility to work additional hours

To qualify for the role, you must have

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
2-4 years related job experience
