We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented Residential Window Cleaner to join our team! If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active and taking pride in your work, this could be a great fit for you. Our window cleaners visit residential homes throughout the Quinte West surrounding areas and are responsible for providing customers with high-quality, professional window cleaning services.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive company vehicle to residential job sites
-Clean interior and exterior windows
- Clean windows to a streak-free, spotless finish
-Clean window tracks and sills
-Clean and reinstall window screens
-Use traditional window cleaning tools as well as water-fed pole systems and squeegees
-Work on a variety of residential properties and window styles
-Safely carry and set up equipment at each job Protect customers’ homes, landscaping and belongings while working
-Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers
-Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality
-Keep equipment clean, organized and properly maintained
-Follow all company safety procedures Work independently while also being part of a team
- Being comfortable setting up and climbing a ladder

Is reliable and punctual

Is comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Is comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
Is physically fit and able to perform repetitive physical work Can lift, carry and move window cleaning equipment
Is comfortable using a water-fed pole
Has good communication and customer service skills
Can work efficiently without sacrificing quality
Is able to follow directions and company procedures
Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
Can work independently and stay productive throughout the day
Has a valid driver's licence and a reliable way to get to work
Experience Previous window cleaning,
Window Cleaning experience is not required, we will train the right person.
