At The Grove, housekeeping isn't somewhere in the background of the guest experience.
It is the guest experience.
We run two boutique properties filled with personality, details and rooms that are meant to make people smile when they walk through the door. None of that works unless those rooms are beautifully clean, thoughtfully prepared and ready for the next guest.
That's where you come in.
We're always interested in meeting hardworking, dependable people who take genuine pride in doing things well and would like to join our Housekeeping team at The Grove Hotel and The Grove Motel.
You don't need to have spent years working in hotels. We'll teach you how we do things.
What we can't teach quite as easily is work ethic, reliability and caring whether something is actually done properly.
YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF:
- You take pride in leaving a room looking fantastic.
- You notice details other people miss.
- You're dependable. If you're scheduled, we can count on you.
- You like staying busy and don't need someone constantly telling you what to do next.
- You're comfortable working independently but are equally willing to jump in and help the team.
- You understand the difference between "good enough" and actually clean.
- You can work efficiently without sacrificing quality.
- You're positive, practical and willing to pitch in where needed.
Housekeeping is physical work. You'll be on your feet, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, carrying linens, bending, reaching and moving throughout your shift.
And yes, there will be toilets.

AVAILABILITY REALLY MATTERS
We're a seven-day-a-week hospitality operation, and our busiest days don't conveniently fall Monday through Friday.
For this position, you must have regular availability during both weekdays and weekends.
We're looking for people with flexible daytime availability throughout the week rather than someone who is only available around a school schedule. If your availability is very limited during weekdays, this probably won't be the right fit.
