About the Role
The Operations Coordinator is a pivotal team player in our organization. Based at the Front Desk Reception they are a main point of contact at our downtown Victoria campus and clinic. This position requires a reliable and motivated candidate who works well within a team and at all times represents the college to the best of their abilities. This role acts a team lead and point of contact for other staff based at the front desk.
Job Specifics:
- $22/hr with a 3 months probation period
- Reports to the Executive Director

- Monday - Friday 7:30-4pm opening shift
Typical Job Duties:
- Provides clinic reception and invoicing services
- Answering student, faculty, and general inquiries via phones and email forwarding to the appropriate team as required
- Processing point of sale transactions
- Preparing dispensary packages for shipment
- General filing
- Restocking bookshelves and supply shelves
- Completes operational ordering for campus needs
- Manages Jane App clinic scheduling platform
- Oversees reading break and start of semester operational tasks
- Closing and opening the campus as scheduled
- Other administration/office tasks as assigned

- Reliable, punctual and has a high level of time management skills
- Ability to communicate well with a diverse group of students, faculty and patients
- Is interested in creating and contributing to a holistic health community
- Is passionate about the student experience
- Is adept at using/learning computer software such as Jane App, QuickBooks, Microsoft Suite, and custom software
