Salary: $18.00 per hour + 5% uncapped commission on sales
We are looking for energetic, highly motivated, and target-driven Field Marketers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging directly with potential customers in the community, generating leads, and driving sales.

Actively engage with members of the public to introduce, promote, and sell our products/services.
Deliver clear, enthusiastic, and persuasive face-to-face marketing presentations.
Identify customer needs, answer questions, and build strong brand awareness in the local market.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly lead generation and sales targets.
Travel to various assigned territories and community hot-spots to conduct marketing activities.
Must own a reliable personal vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license for traveling to field locations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—you must be confident striking up conversations with strangers.
Self-motivated and resilient with a highly positive, professional attitude.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or face-to-face marketing is an asset, but a great personality is our top priority.
High level of reliability and excellent time management skills.
Competitive Earning Potential: $18.00/hr base rate plus an uncapped 5% commission on every sale you secure.
