As a Crew Lead, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily lawn care and landscaping operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll lead by example, keep jobs running smoothly, and make sure every property looks its best.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a landscaping and lawn care crew
- Safely operate and manage landscaping equipment and tools
- Ensure quality workmanship on every job site
- Maintain a professional, customer‑focused approach at all times
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers
- Plan daily tasks and keep crews on schedule
- Train, guide, and motivate crew members
- Ensure all safety procedures and company standards are followed
- Take pride in delivering consistent, high‑quality results
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading or supervising a landscaping or lawn care crew
- Strong knowledge of landscaping equipment and safe operation
- Professional, reliable, and customer service oriented
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Organized, responsible, and detail‑oriented
- Valid driver’s license required
- Landscaping or property maintenance background is a strong asset
