The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer support, resolve inquiries, coordinate with internal departments, and help deliver a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide timely follow-up.
- Coordinate customer meetings and appointments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and complete daily administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support service performance goals and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Transportation or logistics experience is an asset.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with TruckMate TMW or similar software is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Location: In Person / Mississauga
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Pay: $21.63 per hour
