BitCar is looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Automotive Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our growing dealership in Richmond Hill.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys selling vehicles, building relationships with customers, and creating engaging social media content. We are looking for a self-starter with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers throughout the entire vehicle purchasing process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, website inquiries, and social media leads.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Create and post engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Take high-quality photos and videos of vehicle inventory.
- Be comfortable appearing in videos to promote vehicles and dealership specials.
- Keep inventory listings accurate and up to date.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after each sale.
- Support daily dealership operations and maintain a professional showroom environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous sales and customer service experience.
- Automotive sales experience is an asset.
- OMVIC Salesperson Registration is preferred but not required. We are willing to help the right candidate become OMVIC licensed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using social media for marketing and content creation.
- Confident speaking on camera.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to earn commission.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Clean background check.
- Candidates living in or near Richmond Hill are preferred.
