As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Shift Manager to lead our Production and Packaging teams.

What You'll Do
As Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Production and Packaging departments during your assigned shift. You will provide leadership, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain product quality, and create an environment where employees can perform at their best.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing Production and Packaging team members.
- Ensuring daily production schedules are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
- Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, product quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Planning staffing requirements and allocating resources to meet production demands.
- Monitoring productivity, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Working closely with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and other departments to resolve operational challenges and minimize downtime.
- Promoting a strong culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Conducting employee training, performance coaching, and regular shift communication.
- Completing production reports, shift documentation, and operational records accurately.
- Leading by example while fostering a respectful, positive, and engaged workplace culture.
What You'll Bring

Qualifications include:
- Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in food manufacturing or an industrial bakery is considered a strong asset.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
- Experience working with production targets, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, food safety, and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
