Job Summary
The Warehouse/Customer service Associate will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse environment, including order picking, shipping and receiving duties. The associate will also be responsible for assisting the Customer service team as required.
Duties
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Prepare and package outgoing orders, ensuring they meet shipping standards and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records
- Coordinate with manager regarding discrepancies.
- Proactively update Customers as required regarding shipping information, etc.
- Assisting the inside sales team as required.
- Responding to customer inquiries quickly and efficiently
- Providing pricing and availability to customers
- Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner

Qualifications
- Experience in heavy lifting
- Proficiency in order picking
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes

- Ability to load and unload materials efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
