Responsibilities:
- Install insulation materials (attic, basement, wall, and crawlspace)
- Perform draft‑proofing and air‑sealing work
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s licence
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/crawlspaces
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Experience in insulation or construction is an asset (not required)
- Willingness to learn and follow training
