About the role
Mr. Lube + Tires locations across Ontario, and we're hiring a full-time Upper Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on role for an experienced technician who can deliver high-quality service, handle more advanced work in the bay, and help set the standard for the team around them.
What you'll do
- Perform oil changes, tire services, and a range of additional maintenance services to a high standard
- Take ownership of work in the bay, ensuring every job is done safely, accurately, and consistently
- Support and help guide newer technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience at every visit, explaining services clearly and building trust
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe, following all standards and procedures
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as an automotive technician (quick-lube, tire, or general automotive experience all welcome)
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance services and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A team-first attitude with the willingness to support and mentor others
- Reliability, accountability, and pride in your work
- A valid driver's licence is an asset
