Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled hybrid Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with a variety of conditions, helping them achieve their maximum level of independence in daily activities and improving their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct thorough assessments of patients with physical, cognitive, or developmental impairments.
· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' ability to perform daily activities.
· Utilize advanced occupational therapy techniques to enhance functional independence, cognitive skills, and sensory processing.
· Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
· Educate patients and their families on adaptive strategies, assistive devices, and home modifications.
· Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
· Participate in professional development and stay current with advancements in occupational therapy.
Qualifications:
· Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
· Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
· Strong understanding of physical, cognitive, and developmental disorders and rehabilitation techniques.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

· $60-$75 per client hour
