We have an opening for a Marketing Specialist to join our regional marketing team in the Atlantic region. This position requires a detail-oriented individual, with a background in marketing and/or communications—a team player who can lead a pursuit process, communicate effectively, manage multiple concurrent initiatives, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

Your Key Responsibilities
Proposal Coordination
Manages the creation and packaging of architectural proposals, RFP submissions etc.
Reviews requirements and gather all necessary documentation and information
Work closely with practitioners to generate tailored content that supports win themes and UVP’s
Supports content generation/ writing including proof-reading/ editing
Supports final submission / delivery of proposals and follow up
Support Interview preparation
Marketing
Supports creation and development of communication strategies, key win themes and messages to highlight the firm’s value proposition, strengths, capabilities, and resources
Prepare promotional materials which highlight our depth of experience and expertise
Supports branding initiatives including internal and external communications
Manages and develops the firm’s marketing content
Identifies and coordinates activities to promote the firm’s industry leadership
Sources and manages annual awards programs and submissions
Collaborate with our Public Relations team on key pursuits, promotional activities, and positioning campaigns
Business Development
Maintain positive working relationships with your business leadership, practitioners, and your marketing team to support leads, target and current clients, pre-positioning strategies, and help grow top line growth
Partner with the Account Management teams to drive key client growth strategies
Work with our corporate marketing leadership team to drive success and set us apart
Business and market analysis, research and reporting of trends and results
Qualifications

Proficiency in business development and strategic planning, capacity to think outside the box while adapting to changes in market trends

An experienced writer with a passion for developing tailored, engaging proposal material, with overall ownership of the final written and graphic content
Well-honed resiliency and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign
Ability to work effectively within a group and independently
Must thrive working in a deadline-driven environment
Education and Experience
Post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, or an equivalent level of experience.
2-5 years of experience in marketing and/or business development
Experience within the A/E/C industry is preferred
