POSITION: RECEPTIONIST, Medical Aesthetics Clinic

As the first point of contact for customers calling in or visiting our clinic, your primary goal in this position is to create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and provide fantastic customer service. Your positivity brightens the office, and you're helpful and organized. You take initiative when you see the opportunity to lend a hand or grow your skills, and actively seek ways to improve the role or make processes more efficient. You also have terrific communication skills: you are well spoken, and thoughtful on the phone, and your writing is clear and articulate. On a practical level, you will: answer all incoming calls and assist with initial questions in a timely and professional manner. Also:
-work effectively in an environment that requires multi-tasking and ensure that no calls are missed, while working with in-clinic clients.
-greet and assist all patients, providing a friendly welcoming atmosphere for the clinic.
-provide a variety of administrative support services to the various areas of the clinic.
-assist with scheduling of patient appointments and ensure all patient files are kept ordered and up to date.
-assure the front area is neat and orderly to provide a productive working environment.
-help the clients feel comfortable by bringing them to their treatment room and preparing them for their treatment with the professional.
-there is also leadership, self-directedness required throughout the day. Addition-to-salary commission opportunities++.

This position requires you to be able to do repetitive tasks as well as moving around the clinic a lot throughout the day.

2+ years experience in customer service/hospitality or beauty industry required.
We are located in the heart of Spruce Grove, in the Main Street Law Building: #14, 119 First Ave.
This is a full-time position--4-5 days in a week; salary commensurate with experience ($20/hr+), with lot of great perks!!
