We are looking for someone to join our Customer Service desk team. This position is mainly days with one or two nights a week and every other weekend. Some of the tasks include:
- completing returns for customers
- looking up products and directing them to where they're located
- writing out rainchecks for customers
- helping customers with their online orders
- basic transactions through the cash register
- answering the phones and directing the calls to the appropriate department and answer any questions that customers might have
- working with hunting and fishing licenses when it's time for purchasing new licenses
