Industrial Pipe Fitter/ Assembly Technician
Required immediately. The ideal candidate has mechanical, plumbing and repair experience. The Assembly Technician must be able to work unsupervised. A valid class 5 Driver’s License is mandatory. The employee is required to travel on an occasional basis to our customer sites throughout Canada. This is a full time, permanent position. Willing to train the right candidate.

The qualities of the Assembly Technician include, but are not limited to the following:

Ability to assemble, repair and install water treatment equipment

Able to operate hand and power tools and test equipment

Understand and effectively perform work in accordance with published work plans

Demonstrate an ability to identify problems and implement solutions

A clean driving record is required

Mechanical ability

Must have safe work practices

Demonstrate professional oral and written communication skills

Be fluent in English both written and oral

Be self-motivated and able to work in a team environment

Have knowledge of PVC plumbing and instrumentation

Will sponsor an apprenticeship for plumbing/pipe fitter for the right candidate

Be able to travel 2 to 4 weeks out of town at a time;

Must have safe work practices
