OBJECTIVE:
Join Joseph Ribkoff’s Global Sales Operations team as a Sales Coordinator and become a key partner to our International Sales teams. In this fast-paced, collaborative role, you will help keep sales activity moving smoothly by supporting communication, order coordination, reporting, systems, samples, and cross-functional projects that drive efficiency, alignment, and growth across global markets.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
1. Turn sales data into meaningful insights
Prepare and maintain clear, accurate sales reports using Power BI, D365, CRM tools, and Excel.
2. Keep daily sales operations running smoothly
Coordinate order processing, follow-ups, account updates, and internal sales communications.
Monitor the shared sales support inbox and respond with accuracy, urgency, and strong customer focus.
Provide timely updates to International Sales Managers and teams to ensure visibility and alignment.
3. Connect teams and move projects forward
Act as a trusted link between Sales, Marketing, Operations, Design, and other internal partners.
Support clear communication, project execution, and process alignment across departments.
4. Coordinate samples for global market readiness
Organize the distribution of seasonal sales samples to international teams.
Maintain tracking, logistics, and follow-ups to support timely delivery and successful campaign launches.
5. Support the tools and processes that power sales
Assist users with sales platforms including D365, Power BI, CRM, and B2B.
Help implement new processes, troubleshoot system issues, and identify opportunities to simplify ways of working.
6. Contribute to continuous improvement and growth
Take part in sales operations initiatives that improve efficiency, consistency, and customer experience.
Support cross-functional projects that help International Sales teams perform at their best.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 1-3 years of sales support/sales operations experience, preferably in fashion or wholesale.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote); intermediate Excel and analytical skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Power BI, CRM, and B2B platforms are an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong customer service orientation.
- Bilingual in French and English required; additional languages (Italian, Spanish, German) are an asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills across systems, markets, and currencies.
- Ability to prioritize, make decisions quickly, and act with a strong sense of urgency.
- Works independently within a strong team structure; collaborative and adaptable.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to influence and build cross-functional relationships.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
