Merlot is a French Bistro in the Kingsway, known for quality food and a strong team. We’re looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Work a station with consistency and speed
- Execute dishes to spec and uphold plating standards
- Prep and organize before, during, and after service
- Keep a clean, safe work area
Requirements:
- Line cook experience in a busy kitchen
- Strong knife and prep skills
- Ability to stay focused under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
