Responsible for the design, evolution and appropriate use of the Business intelligence environment of SITAONAIR (mainly relying on Microsoft suite). The activity consists in a balanced business analysis, solution design and “hands on” implementation activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute and/or lead BI projects in collaboration with the SITAONAIR business teams (product management, customer service and finance)

Design and secure the evolution of the Business intelligence suite of SITAONAIR and as the ''technical lead'' guides the BI developers in leveraging the appropriate solutions to secure a companywide consistency.

Work with the BigData infrastructure lead to mix appropriately the BI framework and the big data capabilities

Work with the infrastructure team to secure the evolution of the platform both in terms of scale and technologies

Participates in the development of coding practices guidelines and all technical processes

Work closely with the various SITAONAIR suppliers and development team

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE
3-5 years’ experience in the business intelligence field with a practical development experience.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Demonstrate the ability to be the lead technical role

Demonstrate the ability to understand business requirements and convert them into a design

Demonstrate the ability to setup, configure and develop using the Microsoft Business Intelligence suite (MSSQL, SSIS, SSAS, OLAP)

Good knowledge of PowerBI (including embedded version)

Knowledge of the Microsoft Azure solutions appreciated

Solid knowledge of developing and designing code to interface to one or more RDBMS databases (MSSQL, Postgres, MySQL)

Thorough understanding of the software development cycle, associated project management techniques and tools (git, continuous integration, automated testing, devops, etc.).

Knowledge of the UNIX and open source world appreciated

Ability to work well both independently or as a member of a team.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Sciences or Engineering.
