Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport vegetables and produce to various locations
- Load and unload deliveries, often requiring heavy lifting and moving of crates or bags
- Communicate clearly with customers to confirm delivery details and address any questions or concerns
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe driving practices at all times
- Assist with warehouse organization and inventory management when not on delivery routes
- Assist with harvesting produce on non-delivery days
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven experience in driving, warehouse work, or delivery services
- Strong moving skills, including the ability to lift heavy items safely and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Prior experience is advantageous for understanding inventory handling and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively during busy routes
