About the Role
Are you an experienced HVAC professional ready to step into a leadership role? Allstar Heating and Cooling Inc. is looking for a skilled, reliable, and driven Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team.
In this role, you will take ownership of residential and commercial installations, leading on-site projects and ensuring high-quality workmanship from start to finish. If you have a sharp eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in the industry, we want to hear from you!
Location: Saint John / Quispamsis Area, NB
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
What we’re looking for:
- Install, commission, and troubleshoot a wide range of equipment, including mini-splits, central heat pumps, and Heat Recovery Ventilators (HRVs).
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
- Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards
- Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
- Assisting with customers' queries.
What you will do:
- 5+ years experience as an HVAC Refrigeration Technician and Installer
- Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
- Proficient in balancing air and water systems in line with HVAC protocols.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and in confined spaces.
- Valid driver’s license required.
