Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, and supporting daily restaurant operations. Duties
- Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks to guests while ensuring presentation standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Refill supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties when required
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
Requirements
- Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service setting is a plus but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings if necessary
- Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn
