Brick Lawn Landscaping is hiring an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead residential landscape construction projects in Edmonton and surrounding areas.
We build paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, artificial turf, sod, fences, rock beds, grading, and full yard transformations. We are looking for someone who knows how to install properly, lead a crew, and keep jobs moving.

What You’ll Be Doing
As the foreman, you will be responsible for running the job site and making sure work is completed properly and efficiently.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Driving the company work truck to job sites
- Leading and organizing the crew each day
- Reading site plans, layouts, measurements, and scopes of work
- Managing the project timeline and daily production
- Delegating tasks to crew members
- Ordering and organizing materials
- Operating equipment when needed
- Installing and overseeing pavers, retaining walls, artificial turf, sod, rock beds, grading, and other landscape construction work
- Making sure proper installation methods are followed
- Keeping the site clean, safe, and productive
Requirements
- 3+ years of landscape construction or hardscaping experience
- Experience leading a crew
- Strong knowledge of pavers, retaining walls, grading, turf, sod, fencing, and base preparation
- Ability to operate skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, saws, and other equipment
- Ability to read plans, measurements, and layouts
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Reliable, organized, and able to take ownership of a job site
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00-$42.00 per hour
