The Client Experience Office hosts a talented team of marketers, business and process owners, and dreamers. Within our Client Connect Pods, we turn raw ideas into real campaigns using a self-contained, self-governing group of experts who crave results.
What will you do?

Business Analysis:
-
Provide process and campaign support to the marketing agile team, as you support marketing campaign design through analyzing and developing business, IT, and data requirements
-
Discover and analyze the business, data and IT capability needs to support new marketing campaigns
-
Liaise and coordinate with other business groups including data and analytics; project management; operations, and IT to move requirements towards execution

Test Analysis and Execution
-
Conduct thorough testing (functional, non-functional, regression) and QA for all marketing automation through Web Sites, Mobile Applications, Email and Call Center channels, while discovering relevant test data in the application source systems.

Deliver quality testing artifacts and activities in the Agile pod, when needed, such as estimates, test scenarios, test cases, test data, test execution / validation, defect management and reporting & test reports

Evaluate program performance, analyze reports, and identify trends and opportunities to optimize customer engagement

Partner with Sun Life’s TCoE (Testing Center of Excellence) to ensure alignment of practices and guidelines
What will you need to succeed?
- Experience with testing tools likes Quality Centre (QC) / Advanced Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) / QTest experience

Expert knowledge and proficiency in data analysis using SQL

Experience in multi-web browser test environment, multi-mobile device testing of app and web
-
Experience with digital deployment tools such as SAS RTDM, Adobe Campaign and AEM and project management tools like Jira or Wrike
-
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines independently while ensuring accuracy, efficiency and quality

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, solid business acumen, and effective problem-solving abilities.

Superior oral and written communication skills.
-
Financial services industry background is an asset.

Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field
-
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of executing successful marketing automation and email campaigns in a direct marketing capacity.

3+ years of test lead experience in systematically testing and ensuring the quality, accuracy and effectiveness of marketing campaigns

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.
