Reliable Flow Plumbing is a growing plumbing company committed to providing high-quality residential and commercial plumbing services. We are looking for an experienced Licensed Plumber (306A) or a retired licensed plumber who wants flexible, part-time work while sharing their knowledge and experience.
Position Overview
This is an ideal opportunity for a licensed plumber who enjoys mentoring others rather than performing physically demanding plumbing work every day.
Your primary role will be to support our field technicians by providing technical guidance, helping troubleshoot plumbing issues, ensuring work meets Ontario code requirements, and maintaining high workmanship standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical advice and guidance to plumbing technicians.
- Answer questions from workers when they need assistance.
- Help troubleshoot difficult plumbing installations and repairs.
- Ensure work complies with the Ontario Plumbing Code.
- Review completed work and maintain quality standards.
- Visit job sites when necessary.
- Support the growth and training of apprentices and technicians.
Requirements
- Valid Ontario 306A Plumber Certificate of Qualification (required).
- Several years of plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Ontario Plumbing Code.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Reliable, professional, and safety-focused.
- Retired licensed plumbers are encouraged to apply.
