We are seeking a skilled, customer-focused, and passionate Professional Barber to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional haircuts, fades, taper cuts, beard trims, line-ups, and grooming services.
- Consult with clients to recommend hairstyles and grooming solutions that suit their preferences.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a welcoming and professional environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate client records.
- Recommend professional hair care and grooming products.
- Work collaboratively with other barbers and salon professionals.
- Stay current with modern barbering techniques, trends, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional barbering experience.
- Strong skills in fades, clipper cuts, beard grooming, and precision styling.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Barber certification or equivalent experience is considered an asset.
