Project Analyst, Infrastructure Program

What you’ll do
Assist with the overall project pan, scope, budget, risk, issue and resource management
Develop and facilitate project governance process to support delivery
Coordinate and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders, including meeting minutes and following up on action items
Prepare materials and facilitate discussions and decisions at Governance committee meetings
Gather requirements and document business requirements for solutions, system enhancements or processes.
Perform gap analysis on business processes and mapping out deliverables as part of strategic planning
Develops project plans for the design, development and implementation of new solutions and processes
Assess project risks and monitors throughout the project lifecycle
Contributes to the development of specifications and testing for system modifications and installations
Provides user support, advice and orientation to internal staff and end users
What you bring
Graduation from a recognized degree or diploma program in Project Management, Health Administration, Information Technology, or Business Administration
3+ years of experience in project environment
A keen interest or experience in IT infrastructure
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Adept with Microsoft Project, Portfolio Server, Visio, and MS Office
