We are looking for aggressive, organized, competitive people who want to learn the subprime auto business properly and build a real career in finance management.
You do not need finance experience; however, you will only be considered for the position if you have at least 2 years of sales experience in a similar domestic brand environment. Please be prepared to bring your sales numbers to the interview. If you have experience, be prepared to discuss your production and results as well.
We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, accountability, and the ability to perform in a high-paced environment.
What you will be doing:
- Handling subprime and credit-challenged customers
- Following up on leads in the CRM
- Collecting documents
- Structuring deals from front to back
- Securing approvals and funding
- Conducting test drives
- Managing the full sales process from start to finish
This is full-cycle sales, front to back.
Pay: $50,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
