Quest Disposal & Recycling is hiring a full-time, permanent Class 5 Portable Restroom Service Driver based out of Lac La Biche, AB.
This is steady, year-round route work with dependable hours and plenty of overtime opportunities. Route days are generally 10–12 hours, primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work depending on operational requirements.
Due to travel requirements on certain routes, this position requires approximately two overnight camp stays per week. Camp accommodations are provided by Quest Disposal.
The position involves driving an assigned route and pumping, cleaning, sanitizing and restocking portable toilets at commercial, construction and industrial sites. This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, wants consistent hours and takes pride in completing a route properly.
What You’ll Do
- Drive an assigned portable restroom service route
- Pump, clean and sanitize portable toilets
- Refill toilet paper, sanitizer and other supplies
- Inspect units and report damage or service concerns
- Safely operate vacuum hoses and service equipment
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Keep the service truck, hoses and equipment clean and organized
- Report inaccessible units, unsafe site conditions and route delays
- Follow company safety procedures and customer-site requirements
- Provide friendly and professional service at customer locations
Schedule
- Primarily Monday to Friday
- Route days are generally 10–12 hours
- Early-morning starts may be required
- Approximately two overnight camp stays per week due to route travel
- Occasional weekend work depending on operational needs

Applicants must be able to reliably report to our Lac La Biche location for scheduled route starts and be willing to stay in camp approximately two nights per week.
Requirements
- Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s Licence
- Able to provide a five-year driver’s abstract showing no current demerit points
- Willing and able to stay in camp approximately two nights per week
- Comfortable cleaning and servicing portable toilets
- Physically capable of handling vacuum hoses, cleaning equipment and supplies
- Able to repeatedly enter and exit the truck throughout a 10–12-hour route
- Able to work outdoors in changing Alberta weather and site conditions
- Comfortable working independently for much of the day
- Able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
- Able to complete a physical abilities test
- Good judgment and a strong commitment to safe driving
- Honest, reliable and respectful of company equipment, customers and coworkers

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
