Reporting to the Regional Manager of the Traumatic Event Support Services, you will be answering calls from clients in need of support following a traumatic event, organizing traumatic event support services, overseeing daily administrative processes and travelling on-site to deliver defusing, debriefing or on-site support for terminations/downsizings when needed.

Available to work on rotating shifts (24/7), evenings Monday to Friday and week-ends to provide preliminary assessment of presenting workplace situation, and provision of coaching and support to managers;
Organize traumatic event support services by interacting with internal clients, external clients and affiliate providers;
Provide supervision and case consultation to trauma counsellors when requested;
Manage the administrative requirements as dictated by the Traumatic Event Support department
Occasionally travel on-site to deliver defusing, debriefing or on-site support for terminations/downsizings.
Master’s degree in counselling, psychology, social work, sexology, psychoeducation or career counselling;
In good standing with regional professional order;
Bilingualism in English and French, spoken and written, is mandatory;
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience;
CISM, CISD training and/or EMDR certification;
Demonstrated crisis management skills and ability to provide crisis solutions to customers;
Excellent knowledge and practice with groups;
Solid oral communication skills;
Sound knowledge of different workplace and organizational settings;
Good understanding of management/HR structure;
Superior ability to convey sensitivity, professional manner and effective approach when facilitating interventions within the corporate environment;
Ability to view timely and effective customer response as a key priority;
Ability to respond to unexpected, unusual situations with creativity and flexibility;
Familiarity with cultural diversity an asset.
