We are seeking a skilled and licensed Automotive Technician to join our dynamic service team. Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments on vehicles using schematics and diagnostic tools
- Conduct repairs including engine, transmission, brake systems, and electrical components
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete repairs
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings effectively to customers
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements
- Assist with vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met
- Follow manufacturer specifications and safety protocols during all repair procedures
- Support the team with vehicle assembly or disassembly as needed for complex repairs
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
Skills
- Valid automotive technician license with dealership experience preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics
- Experience with automotive repair including diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repairs or parts handling
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and safety standards
- Excellent customer service skills to explain repairs clearly and professionally
- Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately
- Experience in vehicle assembly or disassembly is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail for precise repairs
