Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled, reliable Carpenter / Laborer to join our growing team. This role involves a wide range of carpentry and general labor tasks across residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is a capable tradesperson who takes pride in their work, maintains a positive and professional attitude on site, and aligns with our brand standards of quality, professionalism, and respect.

Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install building materials using hand and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of work
- Perform framing, drywall installation, trim carpentry, and fixture installation
- Assist with concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding, and stucco applications
- Install rebar, metal studs, flooring, tile, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other fixtures as required
- Conduct demolition, site preparation, and job site cleanup for new construction and renovation projects
- Complete restoration work including water damage remediation, mold remediation, and renovations
- Safely handle heavy lifting of materials, equipment and furniture throughout the job site
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and clients while on site
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, or restoration
- Strong proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and general construction equipment
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Working knowledge of framing, drywall, trim, roofing, masonry, plumbing, electrical systems, and restoration work
- Experience with metal stud framing and schematic reading is considered an asset
- Physically capable of heavy lifting, working at heights, and operating in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Positive, professional attitude with the ability to accept direction and constructive criticism respectfully
- Demonstrated pride in workmanship and commitment to high-quality results
- Valid driver’s license required
- Commitment to maintaining professionalism, safety standards, and quality workmanship at all times
