Part Time/ Seasonal Barista – Cha House / Bubble Tea Job Overview
Love bubble tea and fast-paced environments? We are looking for a friendly and energetic barista/team member for our Cha House / Bubble Tea Shop location in Kildonan Place, Winnipeg, MB. Team members must be comfortable multitasking, working independently, and maintaining a positive attitude throughout busy shifts. Staff may also assist with light drink prep and store cleaning duties.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Taking customer orders and preparing drinks (bubble tea, milk tea, fruit tea, smoothies, etc.)
- Preparing toppings and ingredients such as toppings and teas.
- Washing dishes and maintaining cleanliness throughout shifts.
- Cleaning and tidying the shop during and after shifts.
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service.
- Putting away stock deliveries and organizing inventory/storage areas.
Qualifications
- Bubble tea, café, or food service experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
