Overview
We are looking for a Head of Operations who is a builder at heart. You will design and own the systems, processes, and cross-functional workflows that keep our sales agency running efficiently and growing profitably. This is a high-impact, hands-on role reporting directly to senior leadership.
What You’ll Own
- Design, document, and implement SOPs, workflows, and operational processes across sales operations, onboarding, client delivery, and internal functions
- Identify operational bottlenecks and eliminate them — ruthlessly
- Own and optimize the tech stack (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Rippling, ADP) and implement tools and automations that improve efficiency
- Build reports, dashboards, and tracking tools in Excel and other platforms that give leadership clear, real-time operational insights
- Use project management platforms (Monday.com, Asana, or ClickUp) to manage cross-functional workflows and priorities
- Partner with HR on payroll, onboarding, compliance, and workforce administration in Canada and the US
- Lead and develop a small operations team, setting clear expectations and holding people accountable
- Manage vendor relationships, software subscriptions, contracts, and operational budgets
- Support national expansion by creating scalable infrastructure for growth across Canada and the US
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in an operations leadership role, ideally within an agency, staffing firm, or high-growth services company
- Proven track record of building processes from scratch — not just maintaining existing ones
- Strong command of Microsoft Office 365 and Teams for collaboration and workflow management
- Hands-on experience with Rippling and/or ADP for HR and payroll operations
- Sharp analytical mindset — you use data to make decisions and build accountability into everything
- Comfortable operating across Canada and the US, with awareness of cross-border compliance considerations
- Exceptional communicator who can influence without authority and rally teams around operational changes
- Based in or able to commute to the Greater Toronto Area
