## Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Market Associate to join our team. You will be working at various festivals and farmer's markets in Southern Alberta, taking our products direct to remote customers in our custom built market trailer.
## Responsibilities
- Engage customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Class 5 Driver's Licence with clean record
- Experience driving a pick-up and trailer
- Proficiency in retail sales practices
- Strong sales and upselling skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Familiarity with baked goods and famer's markets
### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Cash handling experience
- Able to work independantly
