Sheriff Sole & Madej Inc. are Licensed Insolvency Trustee’s since 1998, located in Toronto, Ontario ensuring personalized customer service. Our office provides insolvency services for consumer clients.
We are currently searching for the following position:
Data Entry Administrator
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational, attention to detail and time-management skills;
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast paced environment with strong work ethic;
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You must be able to liaise well with staff and outside parties
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to prioritize workload;
- Courteous, client focused and professional attitude;
- You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- If you have a post-secondary education, it will be considered an asset but not a requirement
- If you have previous Insolvency experience, it is considered an asset but not a requirement
Duties
- Data Entry – preparation of legal sign- up documents
- Follow up and liaise with debtors
- Liaison with admin team re: outstanding issue on files
- Day to day contact and issue resolution with debtors and creditors.
- Preparing mailings to creditors.
- Filing as necessary
- Completing other duties assigned by Trustee or Senior Administrator.
