Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Customer Representative who thrives on communication, enjoys talking about coffee, and can drive both inbound and outbound sales. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, proactive, and passionate about helping people make informed decisions about their coffee setups. You’ll play a key role in nurturing customer relationships, managing sales calls, supporting order fulfillment, and occasionally coordinating with the shipping team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and product knowledge.
- Make outbound calls to educate customers, follow up on abandoned carts, and generate sales.
- Understand and communicate the features and benefits of our coffee machines and accessories.
- Help match customers with the right coffee products based on their needs and preferences.
Support & Coordination:
- Coordinate with our shipping and fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery and resolve any shipping-related issues.
- Schedule meetings between customers and the technical support team when necessary.
Sales Tools & Technology:
- Utilize our e-commerce platform (Shopify), CRM tools, and communication software to track interactions and manage tasks efficiently.
Learning & Development:
- Stay current with product updates, coffee trends, and industry best practices.
- Be open to ongoing training and development in both sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Experience in both inbound and outbound sales/customer support.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using various digital tools and platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently or as part of a small team.
Preferred:
- An interest in coffee and coffee machines – ideally someone who drinks coffee regularly.
- Familiarity with Shopify and basic e-commerce operations.
- Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment.
What We Offer:
- Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour, based on experience, with room for growth
- Expected hours: 44 per week
- Additional Pay: Bonus pay, Overtime pay
