Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Service
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Camp Beer Co. standards
- Assist with food prep for service and events
- Maintain consistent quality, portioning, and presentation
- Support efficient service during busy periods
Cleanliness & Food Safety
- Follow all FoodSafe and health & safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Complete daily cleaning and sanitization tasks
- Properly store food and monitor temperatures
- Dispose of kitchen waste safely
Team & Shift Support
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and taproom staff
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates
- Follow checklists and procedures during each shift
- Participate in pre-shift meetings when scheduled
- Remain calm, focused, and positive during high-volume service
Other Duties
- Assist with inventory and restocking
- Set up and put away kitchen equipment
- Support special events when required
- Other duties as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $21.00 per hour
