JOB DETAIL OVERVIEW
This is a hands on working position, working on the floor daily with customers and the team. You MUST have a valid drivers license and current insured Full time vehicle no exception will be made. Full availability to work shifts required during operational hours, weekdays, evening or weekends if needed. General this is a 9:00am - 5:00pm position however changes may occur at times pending operational needs. Applications without these initial requirements will be passed.
Assist to Manage and promote all aspects of the business including but not limited to buying, pricing, sales, and merchandising, loss prevention, training, recruiting and managing staff. Promote a high level of customer service and involvement, and continually strive for innovative solutions and alternatives in bettering the business financially and operationally. Maintaining the business in its entirety including all aspect of the operation and marketing via social media.
Leading by example with an initial goal to capture the current teams support and maintain high moral during and onward.
Promote a role model superior customer service to all customers, every day. Ensure that all store associates understand and support the pursuit of superior customer service. Secret shop employees, follow up with unexpected visits, random follow up calls to customers after buy process and random checks of sales and buys. All follow up should be documented to use for further enhancements or additional training measures.
Assist and maintain accuracy of cash, cash floats, till counts and checks from previous day or evening counts problem solving and investigating for explanation or resolution and reporting any inaccuracy immediately to the owner while documenting in writing.
Drive sales through the professional development of sales associates, focusing on coaching training, and role modeling acceptable selling practices.
