We are looking to expand our work from home program by hiring permanent full time Membership Service Advisors to work from their homes in support of our Emergency Roadside Operations.

The Membership Service Advisor will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from CAA members to take care of their road service needs as well as various membership-related questions/inquiries. As a work from home Employee, you will need a high speed internet connection, a dedicated work space or office, home insurance coverage and the flexibility to work a variety of shifts in a 24/7 365 days a year environment.

CCG will provide you with all computer equipment & hardware to set up your home office which includes a PC, monitors, keyboard and mouse. We will provide you with ongoing dedicated leadership support and training through our online portal and chat groups as well as flexible scheduling options to suit a variety of needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

As a Member of our Membership Service team, you have 2-3 years of customer service experience and have completed a post secondary education.

You have excellent geographical knowledge of South Central Ontario as well as strong communication skills. You are proficient with Google Maps and have a high comfort level with phone systems and technology.

You have demonstrated the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and a genuine empathetic and engaged communication style.
