Hours: Early Morning Shift (e.g., 5:30 AM / 6:00 AM start time)
Salary: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour (depending on experience)
We are looking for a passionate, fast-paced, and reliable Breakfast Chef to lead our morning kitchen operations in Woodbridge. If you love the energy of the morning rush and take pride in serving up high-quality breakfast classics, we want you on our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of breakfast dishes—including eggs to order, omelets, pancakes, and specialty morning items—ensuring speed, consistency, and beautiful presentation during our busiest hours.
Setup and stock the breakfast station with all necessary fresh ingredients and supplies.
Cook and prepare high-volume breakfast orders efficiently and to exact specifications (managing egg temperatures, short-order line cooking, etc.).
Ensure all dishes are plated beautifully and served at the correct temperature.
Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and minimize food waste.
Clean down the station and assist with prep work for the next shift before concluding the day.
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Breakfast Cook, Short-Order Cook, or Line Cook.
Exceptional skills in high-volume egg cooking (poaching, frying, omelets) and working a flat-top grill.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced morning environment while staying organized and calm under pressure.
Strong reliability and punctuality—must be able to consistently commit to early morning start times.
Valid Food Handler Certification is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Great hourly wage ($25.00 - $28.00/hr).
