- Support routine French-language communication and assist with French-language materials as required.
- Use technology and creative communication tools to help promote programs, services, resources, and agency initiatives.
What You'll Bring

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Adaptable and resourceful, with initiative and sound judgement in responding to day-to-day needs.
- The ability to remain calm, respectful and responsive in a busy environment and when individuals may be experiencing stress.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
- Professionalism and discretion, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and privacy.
- Committed to inclusive service, with an understanding of trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, culturally responsive, and client-centred approaches.
