Position Overview- We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Promotion & Merchandising Specialist to join our in-store promo team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our weekly promotional strategy, transforming our store layout into an engaging, high-revenue shopping experience. You will balance visual merchandising mastery—keeping high-traffic impulse areas flawless and fully stocked—with active, high-quality customer service. This is a physically active role perfect for a proactive individual who loves staying on the move and takes pride in a clean, perfectly organized retail floor. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Execute Weekly Promos: Set up weekly deal items and promotional displays in their designated areas across the store accurately and on schedule.
- Drive Basket Size: Analyze and position relevant attachment SKUs (add-on items) alongside promotional displays to encourage impulse buys and increase average customer spend.
- Maintain Display Standards: Keep all endcaps, promotional bases, and front-end impulse areas clean, beautifully organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Operate Equipment Safely: Use an electric pallet jack to transport bulky merchandise and pallets from the backroom to the sales floor (full training provided).
- Provide Premium Service: Greet and assist guests on the retail floor, delivering friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service.
- Assist with Heavy Lifting: Help customers transport and load large or bulky purchases safely into their vehicles.
- Protect Inventory: Handle all merchandise with care during restocking, unboxing, and floor movement to minimize product damage and shrink.
What You Bring (Requirements)
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended shifts, bend, reach, and comfortably lift heavy items up to 50 pounds.
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for store presentation, alignment, cleanliness, and stocking levels.
- Customer-First Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic about helping guests and solving problems on the floor.
- Willingness to Learn: Ready and open to complete certification and safety training on an electric pallet jack.
- Basic Retail Logic: Understanding of how pairing related products (attachment SKUs) improves the shopping experience.
- Reliability: Strong time-management skills to ensure weekly promotional resets are completed on time.

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
