We have developed powerful systems to train and develop effective Sales Representatives/Roofing Consultants to help and consult with homeowners across the Northern GTA.
Please note that experience in the Trades is not required but is an asset. Our training program will cover any gaps in technical expertise.

Requirements
- Weekends/evenings are prime time. You don't need to be available every evening & weekend but you need to be willing to work during that time.
- People skills. We train those selected really well when it comes to interacting with people but we only select those who are already pretty advanced in this skillset.
- A hard work ethic. Sales is hard.
