Trango Appliances 宇航电器 is seeking a dependable Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations in a professional and fast-paced environment. This role involves assisting with food preparation, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and helping the kitchen team deliver high-quality service while following strict food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, slicing, and portioning food items.
- Assist cooks with meal preparation, food assembly, and kitchen setup.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas.
- Store, label, and rotate ingredients using proper food handling procedures.
- Restock kitchen supplies and organize inventory as needed.
- Remove waste and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or food service experience is an asset but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
